throughout, 3rd House Guest House offers a comfortable and homely
atmosphere to relax and unwind in after a hard days work or a busy day
sight seeing.
Teresa and Graeme welcome you into their home where nothing is too much
trouble for their guests.

enquiries can be made using the form on this website.
Unfortunately we do not accept bookings through the website, however there
is always someone at the end of the phone to check availability of rooms. |

day with a full Scottish breakfast cooked and waiting for you in the
dining room each morning?
We offer a wide range of food, cooked to
your requirements and served in a friendly and homely atmosphere.

Breakfast is served: Mon - Fri 7:00
to 8:30 and Sat - Sun 8:30 to 9:30, but let us know if you have an earlier start to your day and we
will try our best to accommodate your needs. |

Not all our rooms have en-suite
facilities, but we are working our way towards adding en-suite rooms to
our facilities.
You can be assured that our rooms are
maintained to the highest of standards of hygiene and cleanliness. All our
rooms have gas-fired central heating, colour TV and DVD player.
We have rooms to suit the single
occupant, couple or family - when you telephone just ask for a room type
that suits your needs and we'll try and accommodate you. |

Whatever your needs, you are never more
than a few steps away from a hot bath or shower as all our floors have one
or more bathrooms with toilet, bath and/or shower.
So after a long day at work or several
hours walking the streets of Aberdeen, you can be assured of a relaxing
soak.
All bathrooms have heated towel rails
and/or radiators and are equipped with sockets for shaving. |
